This refund policy applies to paid plans and subscriptions on our website. Free tools require no payment and are not subject to monetary refunds.

When a refund may be approved
We may consider a refund request in the following cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous payment for the same subscription
- Technical failure on our side that prevents you from using paid features for an extended period
- Charge without activation of the paid plan
- Refund request within 7 days of your first paid subscription, provided you have not substantially used paid features
3. Non-Refundable Cases
What is not covered
- Billing periods during which paid service was successfully used
- Change of mind after using premium features (ad removal, higher limits, etc.)
- Subscription expiry or non-use during the billing period
- Violation of terms of use or account abuse
- Payment gateway fees or currency conversion charges imposed by the payment provider
4. Subscription Cancellation
Difference between cancellation and refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or via the payment gateway. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- The subscription will not auto-renew in the next cycle
- Cancellation does not necessarily mean a refund for the current period
5. How to Request a Refund
Required steps
To submit a refund request, contact us via the contact page and include:
- The email address linked to your account
- Payment date and amount
- Transaction ID from your payment provider
- Reason for the refund request
We review each request individually and respond within the processing timeframe below.
6. Processing Time
When funds are returned
- Response to request: within 3–5 business days
- If approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–14 business days depending on the payment provider
- Some banks may take additional time to display the amount in your account
